I did some leg training at Metroflex Gym after the Jon Lindsay LA Bodybuilding Championships in Culver City. My SI was really tight, and has been for weeks – it really limits my depth on squats, much to my chagrin. I always take them as low as I can go – the issue today was as I got lower, the joint area tightness would pull me forward. I’ve been seeing a chiropractor to correct this issue!
