Education and Experience
Michael’s educational background and experience is of excellence. Receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology Fitness at California State University Long Beach and being a certified personal trainer has put him above and beyond others. His current education in progress is a Masters of Science Degree in Kinesiology Sports Fitness and Certifying Strength and Conditioning (CSCS) credential. Michael has been currently personal training clients in Orange County for over 10 years at private gyms, homes, at the beach or wherever his clients enjoy. Specializing in training anybody who wants to make a change in their life!
