What are good workouts to do outside?

Last week I did a really good workout. I hadn’t workout in a really long time so I was exhausted afterward. I went to a football stadium nearby where I lived and ran up and down the stairs of the stadium twice. My leggs were SO sore afterward but it kind of felt good at the same time.

I want to do more cool workouts like that. So I can ge out of the gym and workout out doors. Do yall have any ideas…???

Is walking on the beach a good wokout?

Outside workouts are primarily cardiovascular oriented, so it would be best to stick with that line. Cycling and running outdoors, have such an edge over doing such exercises indoors, as environment can play a big factor in morale when exercising. Therefore it would be beneficial if you looked into a few trail/bush activities, such as hiking, trail riding and mountaineering.

You could always stick it out on roads, however this often gets tiresome for many individuals, and some join clubs to bring that interaction factor into the equation – something you might want to look into.

Swimming, whether at a beach, or local pool facility; is a popular choice for outside workouts, due to the full body workout and relaxed nature.

Strength training, however, isn’t out of the question, and you can always grab an exercise mat, to do some crunches outside on a flat area. Or even bring some dumbbells outside, to soak up the sun!

I hope this helps.
