		<description>Most of weight loss comes from diet.  If you follow a carefully planned diet without cheating, it shouldn&#039;t be more than a couple of weeks before your clothes start fitting looser.  The diet and the running will handle overall fat loss (which, at your height and weight, you probably don&#039;t need much fat loss).  You should probably do dumbbell exercises in order to develop muscle in your arms, and use some weight machines or do squats to harden up your legs.  The weight training will also help with the fat loss because not only does it burn some calories (though not as many as running) but muscle requires more calories simply to exist, so you burn more by living when you have more muscle.  

Also, if you are a girl, you do NOT need to worry about doing too much with weights and looking like a bodybuilder.
