trying to get some lbs off—HELP?


ok so i was just at the beach and i realized…im a little over weight and its really frustrating.

how do you lose weight fast in:
-abs
-in thighs (so they dont touch when you walk)
- and make my waist smaller so no muffin top

please help!

—p.s. i know the "eat right/ diet" what i am asking for is what workouts can i do? and how long will it take?

Weeks 1 & 2 – -
Monday – 25 min walk
15 min abs
Tues – 15 min lower body
Wed – 25 min walk
15 min upper body
Thurs – 15 min abs
Fri – 25 min walk
Sat – 15 min abs
Sun – 25 min walk

Weeks 3 & 4 – -
Monday – 35 min walk
15 min walk
Tues – 15 min lower body
Wed – 35 min walk
15 min upper body
Thurs – 15 min abs
Fri – 35 min walk
Sat – 15 min abs
Sun – 35 min walk

Weeks 5 & 6 – -
Mon – 45 min walk
15 min abs
Tues – 15 min lower body
Wed – 45 min walk
15 min upper body
Thurs – 15 min abs
Fri – 45 min walk
Sat – 15 min abs
Sun – 45 min walk…

the faster you walk, the farther you go in that amount of time and the more calories and fat you burn.

    you need to do 30 minutes of cardio (running, fast walking, etc.)–or build up to it–5 times a week. you have to do that to get the fat off your stomach. you can buy different books or look in magazines. i reccomend joining a gym place thing because the machines that they have there are good. that’s what i’ve been doing for about 6 mounths and i’ve lost like 5" inches off myh stomach. i’ve been running for about 4 mounths.

    The is not only what you eat it is when. If you want to loose fat fast you need to exercise on an empty stomach otherwise you are just burning the calories that you have just ingested. Also you need to wait at least 1 and a half to 2 hrs. after your workout or your body will simply replace the fat that you have burned. Your body is conditioned to the way it is and it will do what it has to to maintain that condition. when you are burning fat for fuel your body say oh no we need to replace what we have just lost incase this happens again. Never eat and then become inactive, take a walk or swim or exercise. always remember to drink massive amounts of water. A min. of half your weight in ounces. 100lbs. drink 50oz. a day. not only does your body need that much water it needs extra to flush out the dissolved fat that is not used as fuel. Also with the toxic by-products in the environment and in the foods we eat become marbled into the fat that we store.
