loose weight, get a flat stomach..?


alright, well im 14. female. 5′4. between 130 to 138 at the most. I’m not fat, but i feel insucureabout my body. like my stomach has this little pooch at the bottom and i really want to get it away so my stomach will be completly flat.i want to get ready for the beach! =] just please tell me like, pills. workouts, foods, anything, and how long it would take. and just how to loose the pooch and loose weight.

running and crunches. avoid fried foods and soda. dont eat carbs at night. eat healthy. the funny thing is…its THAT EASY!! yet so many people have such a hard time with it!

    just do alot of cruchs (sit ups) before you go to bed every night
    start at like 30 anight and try to get to 100

    Well…i would go on a diet right now and start until summer…
    eat 3 meals a day without any inbetween….dont starve yourself though. exeercise atleast 3 times a week and eat fruit….stay away from junk food…DONT TAKE PILLS!

    Atkins diet works really good for the extra little pounds. But you should just cut down on sugars and soda and walk 30 minutes and it will work right away.

    I used slim quick, it really worked.

    uhh, eat a lot of proteins and do a lot of cardio, sit ups, and other ab workouts.

    I know there are some great ones on youtube.

    Also, drink a lot of water. Stay away from sugary and starchy foods.

    You don’t need (and shouldn’t use) any pills. The best thing to do is eat healthy and get enough exercise and include it as part of your life style. Don’t "diet’ because then you’ll feel like your restricting yourself.

    I’d suggest keeping a food diary for a little while, write down what you eat, how much, and when. If you’re writing it down, you’ll probably decide to skip the extra stuff that you don’t need. Make sure you’re getting enough vegetables & fiber. If you’re eating things with labels – read them to get an idea of what your consuming and don’t forget to look at the portion sizes.     If you’re eating and you’re not hungry – you probably shouldn’t be but note what’s going on when you do that. Try to recognize why your eating – are you hungry or just bored.

    Do workouts that are fun, ride a bike, go for a walk, rollerblade, swim, etc. If you’re doing things you’ll enjoy you’ll be more likely to keep doing it. Building muscle will help you burn more calories so you could try doing that.

    Either decreasing the calories to take in or burning more will help you to lose weight. BUT doing too much of either or both is really bad for you so listen to what you body tells you.

    As far as time, it depends but you shouldn’t lose more than 1-2 pounds per week.
