Also I have a friend who does triathalon and she&#039;s so toned it&#039;s awesome (not weird of me to say that at all...).
But maybe you should try it, run for 20 minutes, swim for 20 minutes and ride your bike for 20 minutes. It&#039;ll be especially great in summer. You can swim after you&#039;ve ran and rode the bike to cool off.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
