I’m staying at the beach for a while this summer and would like to tone up abit…?
I’m 16, I already workout a few times a week but I’ve started to jog 20 minutes a day on a mini trampoline, 50 sit-ups, and yoga. I haven’t really been eating that much junk food lately either, and I’ve been increasing my fruit and veggie intake ![]()
I was just wondering how long it will take to see some obvious results and any tips to tone up my stomach and inner thighs a bit quicker ![]()

get an inclined sit-up bench start off by doing like 100 and you can gradually increase the amt of sit-ups you do. get a bar with 50-100 lbs and do squats with it. start doing like 120, and then gradually increase to doing more.

Gradually increase the amount of time that you run for.
Also I have a friend who does triathalon and she’s so toned it’s awesome (not weird of me to say that at all…).
But maybe you should try it, run for 20 minutes, swim for 20 minutes and ride your bike for 20 minutes. It’ll be especially great in summer. You can swim after you’ve ran and rode the bike to cool off.
