How to get great legs & butt for the beach?
So I want to look great in a bathing suit lol. I had decent legs before, but I haven’t worked out in such a long time. And meanwhile, my butt has shrunk! I had a ghetto booty before rofl, now it’s pretty small and iduno why. So I wanted to know things I can do for my legs and butt ALL AROUND! Not just my quads but my hamstrings too, my glutes and my calves. I can’t do running necessarily because it’s winter here and usually -30 but -50 after windchill on an average day. I’m not in the position to get a gym membership either, so preferably home workouts! Please I could use all the help I can get.
