It sounds like you're doing the right things. You just have to watch what you eat. Swimming works pretty much every muscle in your body, so I imagine you burn a lot of calories doing that. You should bike for about 30 minutes. Also don't do ab workouts everyday, it won't work. You should only do those about 2-3 times a week. You need to give your abs at least a day to rest to build up muscle and get them lean. Make sure you stretch really good before and after working out too, very important.
References :
Unfortunately you can do all of the ab workouts you want, but if you don't do cardio you won't lose the tummy. Once you lose a couple of pounds, the ab workouts will help tone. If you want to lose a couple of pounds, you can do it by either cutting your calorie intake by 500 calories a day, or burning and extra 500 doing exercise. That will make you lose 1lb a week. Do both if you want to lose 2lbs a week.

And don't forget the water! It's suuuuper important!
References :
Healthy weight loss programs through cardio, weights, proper dieting, drinking lot of water etc.. recommend losing 1.5 - 2 pounds per week, not more. Also remember that the weight you lose should be weight due to fat tissue in your body and not muscle or just water. The idea is to reduce your fat content in your body gradually and reduce this to around 25-30% for women. This means that out of the total weight of your body, the proportion due to fat tissues must be around 25-30%, rest due to muscle and water. If you start losing weight but are actually losing muscle or water much more than fat, then regardless of how much you lose, you are headed in the wrong direction. So, I had really meant 1.5 to 2 pounds of fat each week.

Swimming and biking will help, but ensure that your heart rate must be taken up in the weight loss or cardio vascular zone (above normal breathing rate) for at least 30 - 45 mins. If you are spending 3 hours in a pool and not doing much to increase your heart rate, swimming is a waste of time. Likewise, when biking, ensure that you cycle for 45 mins at least with your heart pumping rapidly well above normal heart rate - that is what burns calories.
References :
www.burnthefat.com
