how long will it take for me to get a beach body?
I want some GREAT ab workouts
I have a good shape–just want to tone up.
So women share your secrets
I’m a man, but to my knowledge there are no secrets. All I know for sure is that if you are already in good shape you must make your ab work and all your other workouts more difficult to make additional progress. Just increasing the number of reps won’t do it. I got the best result after I started doing weighted crunches on the incline board heavy enough that I could only get five reps for each set.

A "beach" body is different from an "athletic" body. If you’re looking for abs, maybe you should hit the gym. Time wise it can take up to 1 year to see real results. Maybe 4-6 months if you have the easy to sculpt body.
Whatever you do, just don’t overdo it. And maybe you should deal with the real issue. Love you for you and not some "beach" body idea.

I do yoga to keep me toned…I love it. It makes me a happier person in general. I also run on the treadmill for at least 20 mins 3 times a week. Click on the link below and try the pose…its hard! Also, go to http://www.iyogalife.com and click on ‘how-to’ and go to encyclopedia of poses. there are a couple of poses in there for abs. There are videos too, but fell free to ignore the cheezy elevator music. you can do yoga to any music, or none at all.
