How long does it take to get 2 inches on your arms?


Yeah i know, summer’s coming up and everyone wants to look good on the beach. I think im pretty much set other then my arms, right now my arms are 14′, this isnt good enough in my opinion. If im on creatine and i do arm workouts 3 times a week (mostly working the tricep and brachialis muscles) how long would it take to add 2 inches? Thanks alot.

If you’re looking to gain mass and size on arms when training at home:

4x 6-10 reps of biceps curls (heavy)
4x 20 weighted pushups (do a vairety of where your hands should be, close together for triceps, wide for pecs, normal for biceps etc.)
4x 10-20 weighted dips

    Don’t do arm workouts more than twice a week. It’s a small muscle group and it’s easily overtrained. But it depends on your diet. With a good solid workout and diet, it won’t take long to gain a few inches.
