How can i get a sexy bikini body?
Hey dolls and gents! Obviously spring is here which means more and more people are hitting up the board walk and getting baked out on the beach. I love the beeach but id love it even more if i got a bikini body. I am 5′1 and currenty at 143 pounds. Over weight huh? i know and i want you all to help me figure out a way to shed these nasty flabs! Please if you can list Ideas for workouts, how many times i should work out a day, how long i should focus on each workout, how many calories i should consume, amazing workout DVD names, healthy foods etc. Anything you want to add to help me id appreciate it SOOO much,

just cut yur calories. dont be lazy. walk up & around more. seriously even tho its from the 90’s 8 minute abs is great. also yoga for abs its good to but more long term. it does help. run, tredmill or whatever. ride yur bike& swimm alot. another thing is dancing alot. the ipod is great for dancing to. also there are many exercise or yoga apps tht alou you to listen to music while doing them to help yu stay ‘zoned ‘also certain suits can help shape yur body& hair cuts& make-up, also dont eat before the beach:)

Make being healthy fun, get a friend or two and have them work with you.
Go running, (only listen to music with one headphone though if your by the road)
Do ab exercises to help slim your mid section.
Find fun snacks and foods with less fats, and honestly cut back the sugar.
do jumping jacks or streatches while you wait for things (depending on the situation)
Go to the beach and tan.
And for that final sexy touch….get a nice bikini thats comforable but shows your sexy side.
