		<description>Working out, doing crunches/sit-ups/etc, really help. Also, hoola hooping is really good for your stomach muscles, it&#039;s fun, and hoola hoops are very cheap, about 5 dollars for one. It&#039;s all about being faithful to your exercising, as long as you do it every day you will become more fit. It is important to know, though, that you may not loose any weight at all, because muscle weighs more then fat, so if you are exercising the right way, you may stay the exact same weight. However, you will look slimmer and feel better about yourself. Eating healthy, like fruits and veges with every meal. Also, drinking skim milk/fat free milk can help you just overall feel better. Eating breakfast is very important, because after 12 hours your body goes into starvation mode and your metabolism slows down. So, eating a small breakfast, with fruit and maybe a piece of toast for some carbs to help give you energy (fruit is GOOD sugar, but won&#039;t give you lasting energy. The carbs help keep the sugars that keep you energized in your body longer, giving you more energy.) 
As for your cheekbones, it is very hard to thin out your face. Don&#039;t expect your face to thin out in a week, if ever. You face usually matches your body, and you certainly are not fat or chubby at all given by the stats you gave. Usually your face is based on genetics. However, gaining muscle tone/loosing weight may help this. Good luck.

I&#039;m very sorry, but loosing 8 pounds in a week probably won&#039;t happen. 		<description>Okay well did you know NOT eating breakfast makes you gain weight? it&#039;s because it you don&#039;t eat breakfast the next meal you have your body instead of using that food for energy stores it away which make you gain weight. If you work out in the mornings and then eat breakfast it&#039;s better than eating before you go workout because after you&#039;re done working out your body is still burning calories for like an hour or something. Have you tried joining a gym? you could walk/run on a treadmill then do some Ab exorcises..like crunches or situps or riding the bicycle (that&#039;s when you lay on the floor on ur back put your arms beside you and hold your legs a few inches above the floor then move them like you were riding a bicycle..remember to tighten your stomache when you do this) running and arobics is a good way to lose weight if ur mom wont let u go running alone ask if she&#039;ll go with u if she doesn&#039;t wanna run ask if she&#039;ll take u to a park and she can sit on a bench and watch as you run the park path..if that doesn&#039;t work idk what else to tell you except do some exorcises at home like I said above..hope you can reach your goal :)&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

5pound weights for your arms and squats or jumping for your legs.
