The first is a circuit program this means using the equipment you listed for 45 seconds each at a high intensity and repeating it for as many times you think you can. After a while of completing the circuit you can try and do each exercise for a bit longer.

The second training program you could try is continuous training this means riding, walking or running around your neighborhood for a continuous amount of time you should try 20 minutes to start with and then the next time you should try 30 minutes.

You should be doing a training at least 3 times a week and each training session should last for around 30 minutes this includes a warm up and cool down and stretches.
