Can Anyone help me…2 weeks left?
I am going to spain in 2 weeks and for so long i have been trying to get rid of my obliques(love handles) they aren’t horrible but i don’t like them and spending two days on the beach?!!
any good workouts? besides going to the gym

Try doing bicycle crunches, and twists. Also, with weights in hand, bend side to side, taking the weight down to the knee, and using the oblique muscles to pull you back to start. Do them until you feel it, and let them rest between days!

just do some aerobics and run like 2 miles a day. I do it every day and never got my love handles back again.
