It really built him a nice figure after 2-3 weeks. If it doesnt, you can run on that beach.  You&#039;ll build leg muscle.  Also when you run, you beef up before you slim down, or that&#039;s how it worked out for me when I first started running.  You need strong legs to hold up all of that other muscle anyway.  I heard that sit-ups aren&#039;t as good as push-ups for muscle building.  So, you could try running and doing push-ups.
