OK, i reeeeealy need help w/ dis Q!!!!!!!?
ok so im in florida w/ my folks over the summer, next year ill be in 11th grade and i wanted to start working out beacause … like im gd lkn but kinda musuleless. i look puny, when i look in the shower the biggest thing on my body "shouldnt be the biggest". so i wana wrk out so that next year i have abbs, and a 6pack (i dont wana get too big, like arnold swachenater or nothing) im not fat either
so the problem is that the fitness center in our hotel caugt on FIRE the week b4 we got there. we r in front of a long @$$ beach and and i need a work out scedual or smn like dat.
any body whose done pevious work out pleaz help … and remember, only post things that dont recuire a fitness center. i cant drive to any either cause the closest one is wayyyy 2 far. plz help me, this vacations made for me to better myself both physicy and mentaly
& ps – if theres anything extra that u need 2 noe in order to answer tell me and check back in a few minutes … ill be on here all day

Run on the beach! particularly in the softer sand, the extra resistance will make your muscles work harder and become more toned. Also you need to strengthen your core, so I would suggest lots of sit-ups in various positions (legs up, one leg up, crossing over) and pushups. When I have been on vacation before without access to a gym my sister and I would try to do about a thousand situps every other day, then only 100 in the in between days and work on pushups or other exercises.
Pushups will work on your arms. Try moving them around in differnet places around your body to get differnet muscles. You can try having them together, right under your forehead, then put them under your shoulders, then move them wider and then up them down by your side and do it that way.
For your legs, as i said before, run on the beach and you can also try bracing yourself against a chair, tree, wall or something and holding one leg up for as long as possible. Also, stand facing a wall and raise your heels. Do about a hundred or more of those and you will feel the burn. Good luck!
