help my weight???????? very easy…(10 POINTS HERE!!!)?


okay, so im 16 years old and i weight 113 so, i want to lose 7 pounds. (dont say that i dont need to lose weight because i want to lose 7 pounds) i exercise EVERYDAY. i jogging in the beach but i walking more than jogging like 45 minutes and 24 hour fitness-like 30 minutes. i eat UNDER 1200 calories everyday but no junk food. so, how long i will lose 7 pounds??

    Dont worry about losing 7 pounds, keeping it off is the real challenge. If you dont get enough calories and starve yourself it wont last long.

    Eat more for breakfast and less for dinner. if you want to loose weight just eat vegatable for dinner b/c at night you burn whatever is in your stomach and if you dont eat alot for dinner you will burn fat.
