I am17.. 5′8 feet tall MALE
I wieght 150 pounds
and i want to weight 130-135 pounds…. Yes i have a bit of fat..

i want to have a beach body..
i go to the gym
HOW LONG?

30 minutes 3 times a weeks

    that depends upon how long it takes for your muscles to reach hypertrophy.

    I know people who put in a hard, 30 minute a day workout and have amazing bodies. All depends on how hard you push it.

    Do P90X and you’ll have a beach body in 90 days. By 30 days you’ll have lost a good deal of fat and be well on your way to reaching your goal. You have to be consistent and eat healthy. It’ll kick your butt at first but stick with it! You’ll feel great mentally and physically.
