Why do some guys try to say "most men aren’t into Black women", when only Black women could know who is hittin?

hitting on us? I hear that so often online and its so annoying. Why do people have to assume that we’re all unattractive or stereotypical?? I get hit on by guys all of the time. Guys who try to ask me out from class (I’m in college) or out places like the bookstore I’ve met a few, or guys just always looking at my body and stuff. I used to hate having guys look at my butt so often that I’d wear sweats (I still cover myself when I workout). Its mainly Black White and Latino, but even some Asian men, in real life its not that big of a deal to me, but then I come online and its always people saying "well most guys aren’t into Black girls" Omg, why say such a dumb/rude thing? I live in Long Beach Cali, around just about every race/ethnic group imaginable and I don’t know any Black women who have a hard time finding a guy.

With that being said, most Black women I know are still hung up on >only< dating Black men (which I think is crazy), so they aren’t dating IR – and that seems to be the popular measure of desirability for some odd reason, but its still kind of assumed that we’re not wanted?? I don’t get it. Seriously, I don’t get how people can actually constantly think every thought with a stereotype in the back of their mind. Its so weird.

Most people online with racial insults are basically attention seekers who have nothing of substance to talk about. The same applies for self proclaimed "Atheists" insulting Christians.
If a person has a personal dislike, why on earth do they think the whole world would want to know about it.
I happen to hate rhubarb but it would be ridiculous to post about it repeatedly. The same applies to these racially insulting posts.

Just eat small meals every 4 hours, keep all meals close to the same size, eat light for dinner…Figure out some different ways to do sit ups and combine that with daily running and you should see results. The picture is so small I can hardly tell how far away you are from a flat stomach but just get some exercise with dieting and you should see results. No soda, no junk food, low calories…

How long will it take me to build muscle?

Ok well im about 6′3 155lb and some what muscular but I want to gain around 50lbs of muscle.
So here’s what im doing:
-the insanity beach body workout
-free weights and machines w/muscle milk after my session
-running once a week on saturday
-eating right on a high protein/ low fat diet.

If I keep this up, how long will it take for me to see results?

It depends on your body type (genetics). Taller, "ectomorph" body types have quite a bit of trouble bulking up "naturally" (steroid-free).

I’m 6ft 1.5in (ectomorph type) and was never able to bulk up throughout my youth past a certain point, even while doing everything right. Luckily, I don’t find bulky muscles to be attractive to have or look at anymore, so I’m happy where I eventually ended up (At 45 years old, I’m 6ft1.5in, 180-185 pounds w/12% body fat ratio). Your mileage may vary.

What is the quickest way to get a beach ready body?

Ok, so im sick of getting no results with exercise, but im only 16 and i don’t want any of those dumb weight loss pills, or clothing that hides ur fat. I want it gone! Please give me some quick exercises that i can do. we have a total gym and a tread climber. I juggle work and school, so i can’t find the time for long workouts, but i want my fat GONE!

Easy, Slim in 6 Push yourself though really hard.

I’m 17, about 6ft tall and weigh about 184lbs. I’m quite muscular since I work out a lot, and I dont have that much body fat but I have a bit of a tummy I’d like to get rid of. I do a lot of ab workouts so my abs are strong, but there is some fat covering them.
I do cardio (swimming) three times each week, and lift weights four times each week. I’ve completely cut out any bad foods or drinks, no fast food, soda, alcohol, chocolate etc. and I’m eating smaller portions. I try my best to stay away from fat, and I only eat carbs at lunch and breakfast (with protein and fruit/vegetables throughout the day). Luckily I’m mesomorphic and already in good shape, but I really want to lose that bit of stomach fat in time for beach season. I’m sticking to a good ab workout too, with plenty of variety, and I drink around 3-5 litres of water each day
Any thoughts/ideas?

Sit ups won’t remove your tummy. Do a lot of cardio until the extra fat is gone, then start doing sit ups. Sit ups build muscle, that muscle is forming behind your fat, until you remove the fat with cardio you won’t see the muscle.

Much like a black hole, although we cannot see your abs we can conclude that they do indeed exist through the basic facts that you:

1) are breathing, for without them, this would not be possible.
2) your organs are still in place, for the abdominals create a cavity in which your organs lay.
3) You are sitting in an upright position.

So, even though we may not be able to see your abs, we can very well conclude that they are there.

Seems like you’re doing the right thing. Everyone has a place which carries a little bit of extra weight; yours must be your stomach. One of the most important things to do when losing weight is NEVER skip breakfast and try to not snack throughout the day. You could also have an under-active thyroid but I highly doubt it. If you are still having trouble losing weight in a few months, consult your doctor or even a nutritionist.

How long does it take to get 2 inches on your arms?

Yeah i know, summer’s coming up and everyone wants to look good on the beach. I think im pretty much set other then my arms, right now my arms are 14′, this isnt good enough in my opinion. If im on creatine and i do arm workouts 3 times a week (mostly working the tricep and brachialis muscles) how long would it take to add 2 inches? Thanks alot.

If you’re looking to gain mass and size on arms when training at home:

4x 6-10 reps of biceps curls (heavy)
4x 20 weighted pushups (do a vairety of where your hands should be, close together for triceps, wide for pecs, normal for biceps etc.)
4x 10-20 weighted dips

I need the quickest way possible to flatten my stomach. 2 weeks to get the most results.?

Okay, I am not looking for something particuarly long lasting. I just need the quickest way to lose some weight off of my stomach. I have a photo shoot at the beach that I just found out about a couple days ago. I have a bit of a winter tummy left over and I need to drop as much tummy fat as quickly as possible. Now I am completely aware that there is no way to work out one area of your body nd have noticable results there and that it is as a result of an overall workout. My question is what is the FASTEST way to drop fat overall in two weeks. Thighs are also a bit thicker than would be preferable. So whatever you can suggest to help me out. I have a pretty good metabolism and can lose weight fairly quickly. I am wondering if there is anything that can make it go a little faster. I do bicycle "crunches" or whatever and focus on my abs and butt with those… I do 15 to 20 minutes of pop style dancing every day as well and some DDR on "Standard/Difficult" for those who know about DDR.
