Im going on a beach vacation and would like to lose weight..HELP?

im 160lbs and 5′7-5′8 im going on vacation Dec 17th i want to lose 10-15lbs by then….how do i do this??? i will fast on juice or only eat chicken if thats what i have to do to lose the weight i want…also…what do i do for workouts? (how many times a week for how long? ect.)

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

ok, so Im considering these csu’s…

From what you may already know of the places and also what you can find by looking around, can you rank these in order of most to least reccommended? What I really am looking for is just others’ opinions, but for those of you who would only say "noone can make that decision but you" until they know "what Im looking for", ok…I LOVE being around nature, but I do need some access to the city for a change of pace now n then, the place I attend should be moderately to very health-conscious, and the one MAIN requirement that I have is that it have both theatre and some type of nutrition/fitness/(NON-nursing) wellness as offered majors.
So look around, and also what you may know from experience, and let me know. Also, if you really know about a place or a certain place gives you a particularly strong impression, then list the pro’s & con’s & your reactions to these places along with the rank
order. So please, Im just looking for insight, opinions, and some help deciding here, so if you can help with that itd be greatly appreciated. Also, please no rude or pointless answers. Thanks so much. (=

The best choice is Long beach state, Is near to accesses to the metro line to con mute to different places in the city of long beach as well as surrounding areas of L.A. In addition, this University competes in resources as well as any University of the like of Stanford,furthermore, the school is near the ocean and close to the port of Los Angeles as well to the port of San Pedro to board and navegate to catalina Island or else. The cultural mix is acceptable to most , therefore , socializing wont be a problem , I ‘m near cal state L.A otherwise Long Beach would had been my first choice from your list, good luck.

What is the best workout for a 13 year old guy?

Ok so I’m 13 and 6 feet 1 inch and weigh 180. I just have kind of a big stomach… I want to get rid of it and have a flat stomach and if not at least a pack. What is the best workout? Running, sit ups, push ups? And for how long . NO GYMS! I want it before June 2009 becUze I’m going to the beach . :) thanks

Do high intensity interval training.
I did that during the december holidays.
And I came back to school changed.
Do crunches and push ups.

Do not lift weights because you are still growing and it can stunt your growth.

ok so im in florida w/ my folks over the summer, next year ill be in 11th grade and i wanted to start working out beacause … like im gd lkn but kinda musuleless. i look puny, when i look in the shower the biggest thing on my body "shouldnt be the biggest". so i wana wrk out so that next year i have abbs, and a 6pack (i dont wana get too big, like arnold swachenater or nothing) im not fat either

so the problem is that the fitness center in our hotel caugt on FIRE the week b4 we got there. we r in front of a long @$$ beach and and i need a work out scedual or smn like dat.

any body whose done pevious work out pleaz help … and remember, only post things that dont recuire a fitness center. i cant drive to any either cause the closest one is wayyyy 2 far. plz help me, this vacations made for me to better myself both physicy and mentaly

& ps – if theres anything extra that u need 2 noe in order to answer tell me and check back in a few minutes … ill be on here all day
